We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your garden supplies to you:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for time-sensitive gardening items like elevated garden beds or grow light stands
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Ideal for non-urgent garden decor items like chimes or decorative stakes
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during holidays or extreme weather conditions.
Our Flexible Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process makes it easy.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as when received
- Original proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Grow Light Bulbs & Fixtures (due to specialized handling requirements)
- Indoor Pots & Planters that show signs of use (soil marks, water stains)
- Personalized or Custom Items (like engraved garden stakes)
How to Return an Item

- Confirmation that items are unused in original packaging

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) and email you:

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Process
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
