We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Grow Light Bulbs & Fixtures (due to specialized handling requirements)
  • Indoor Pots & Planters that show signs of use (soil marks, water stains)
  • Personalized or Custom Items (like engraved garden stakes)

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our gardening enthusiasts will review your request within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) and email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) including all original packaging materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to our return address using a trackable method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (we’ll email you a prepaid return label)
  • Customer responsibility for change-of-mind returns (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

Refund Process

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return:
